Rocky Road Brownies
1 cup melted margarine
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
dash of salt
- Mix margarine, cocoa and sugar.
- Beat eggs in one at a time.
- Add flour, salt, nuts and vanilla.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees in 12' X 15" jelly roll pan.
- While hot, cover with miniature marshmallows, return to oven until soft but not brown.
- Frost. Let stand for 12 hours.
