Fresh Peach Pie


6 1/2 large peaches
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 tbls. flour
2 pinches nutmeg
butter
sugar
cinnamon

- Mix flour and sugar and toss with peeled and sliced peaches.
- Sprinkle 2 tbls. flour in bottom of pie crust, add peaches sprinkling with nutmeg.
- Brush butter on top crust, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 400 degrees, 40 to 50 minutes.
