Cream Cheese Frosting


2 pkgs. (3-oz each) cream cheese
1/3 cup butter
3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

- Beat together cream cheese and butter; then add sugar alternately with milk and vanilla.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add more sugar to thicken or milk to thin, if needed for good spreading consistency.
