Chocolate Suprize Cookie
2 beaten eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 2/3 cups flour
1/2 cup sweet sour milk
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1-oz squares chocolate
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
marshmallows
- Beat eggs, add vanilla and shortening melted with chocolate.
- Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk.
- Add nuts
- Drop from teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
- Take out and place one small or one-half large marshmallow in center, finish baking.
- Frost with chocolate frosting.
