HOW TO BUY
Does it cost me anything to view the items for sale on The Exchange Floor at Bella Forte?
No, viewing items is always free!
Will I have to pay Bella Forte a fee to make a purchase of listed clothing?
No, the only person you will pay is the seller of the clothing. They will charge a price for the clothing and a price for shipping and possibly insurance. All sales transactions are between buyer/seller, and never include Bella Forte.
If I see an item I want to buy, how do I go about buying it?
Click on the e-mail link to contact the seller. Tell them in the e-mail which item you want to buy (they may have more than one listing). You will then work out the terms of the transaction with the seller.
Can I get my money back if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?
That depends on the terms you worked out with the seller. Bella Forte is not a liason, escrow service, or anything of the like. We simply offer a place to gain exposure for the items people have for sale. Bella Forte has no rights or responsibilities regarding your private sales transactions. The Exchange Floor on Bella Forte is simply a listing service.
How will my item be shipped?
Again, that will be worked out between you and the seller. Most items are shipped via the United States Postal Service, UPS, DHL, etc.
Can I list my unneeded clothing items for sale on Bella Forte's Exchange Floor?

HOW TO SELL
Does it cost me anything to sell my clothing items on Bella Forte's Exchange Floor?
Yes, a flat rate of $3.99 is the only fee. Your ad stays up until you sell your item and/or ask that your ad be removed.
Can you help me with my product descriptions and pictures?
Regarding product descriptions, Bella Forte can't tell you what to actually say in your listing; we can only give you guidelines. To be successful include a what the item is (pants, jeans, dress, shoes, etc.), a general description (color, print, type of fabric, etc.), what the condition of the item is in your honest opinion, a price you feel is fair, and the payment terms, shipping terms, and the terms of the sale. Regarding pictures, Bella Forte can crop and resize pictures for you if you are having a problem in those areas. Simply request in the e-mail that the pictures be "optimized" for listing, and we will be happy to do so.
How can I receive payment?
Payment always comes directly from the customer; never from Bella Forte, as Bella Forte is never involved in the sales transactions. You and the customer must work out if they will pay you via money order, PayPal, check, etc.
How should I ship my items?
This depends on what you and the customer prefer. The United States Postal Service, UPS, and DHL are popular ways of shipping things these days.
What should I charge for shipping? Can I charge a handling fee?
That is for you to determine and is an important term to include in your product listing. Most potential customers want to know up front how much shipping (& possibly handling) will be so they can consider it when deciding to buy.
How do I receive payment?
You receive payment from the customer, never from Bella Forte. As has been said before, Bella Forte is never involved in sales transactions. You can have the customer mail you a money order, send money to your PayPal account, send you a cashier's check, or whatever arrangement you decide.
If another seller has something I want, and I have something she wants, can we simply trade instead of buying/selling our items?
Of course! As long as the other person is in agreement. The terms of every transaction are up to you. The $5 paid to Bella Forte is simply a fee for listing your item on The Exchange Floor. Whether a sale is made or not is irrelevant.
I have some auctions going on eBay; can I list them on Bella Forte?
